1. General Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Non-returnable items:
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include:
- Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, grooming products, etc.)
- Intimate apparel (underwear, lingerie, swimsuits)
- Perishable or consumable items (food, beverages, flowers)
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Gift cards and downloadable digital goods
2. Steps to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return a product, please follow this process:
- Contact Customer Support – Send us an email at support@pickzio.xyz within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions – Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the Product – Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Use a reliable courier with a tracking option, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Inspection & Approval – Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Refund or Exchange – After approval, we will process your refund, issue store credit, or send an exchange as requested.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card company, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Refund timelines:
- Credit/Debit Card payments: 5–10 business days
- UPI/Net Banking/Wallets: 3–7 business days
- PayPal/International Payments: 7–14 business days
Please note that shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product).
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for another size, color, or product variant. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- If your preferred product is out of stock, we will issue you a refund or store credit instead.
- Exchange shipping fees may apply unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take product quality and packaging seriously. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
Steps to resolve:
- Contact us at support@pickzio.xyz with your order details.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund.
You will not be charged for return shipping in such cases.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the order.
- Canceled orders will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
7. Store Credits
If you prefer, instead of a refund, you may request Pickzio Store Credits.
- Store credits can be used toward any future purchase on Pickzio.xyz.
- Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Responsibility for Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a product defect, wrong item, or damage caused during delivery, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a courier with tracking and insurance for safe delivery.
- Pickzio.xyz is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
9. Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds or exchanges may be refused under the following conditions:
- The product has been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- The return request was made after the 14-day return window.
- Items are missing tags, packaging, or included accessories.
- The item was purchased on clearance, marked as Final Sale, or labeled Non-Returnable.
